DOWNLOAD: Your download link came with your purchase receipt. You can view the link and your registration key anytime you log in and look at your account. If you are unable to get email or login you are going to need telephone support so see our Contact Us help.

Got to the link in your browser. When the download box asks what you want to do with the file, select 'Run' or 'Open'. It should download very quickly. At that point, you may be promoted with a security warning before Windows launches it. Say Yes.

This will open a download interface which will do the rest of the download and launch the installer.

After all the above runs smoothly the product install dialogue will take you on through the install procedure. You will not need the product registration key to finish the install. Skip any request for product registration key or registering online. These can be skipped and you will put in the key later.

If your software purchased here requires a software registration key to unlock it you will receive it usually within minutes if we can verify your purchase that fast. Most verifications are instant if you have your correct address and cvs number from your credit card. If we have to do manual verification of your purchase it will be emailed within 48 hours. That happens when address or cvs do not match your credit card.

The key is emailed to you and stored in your account on the invoice record of your purchase. Just log in, view your account and select the related purchase. Click on the link and you will view a purchase receipt with the key on it.
