I did not get a product key.

First, you should have immediately gotten an receipt from us after purchase. This email confirms your address for us. Please check your spam folder for this.

If you did not get the receipt, our email is probably not getting to you. Either your email address is wrong, or we are being blocked from your account. Follow the instructions here to contact us, and make sure we have the right email.

PLEASE telephone us if your email is not working and you can not receive our emails.



If you did get the receipt, but no key, please wait. We have to verify your purchase. Most verifications are instant if you have your correct address and cvs number from your credit card. If we have to do manual verification of your purchase it will be emailed within 48 hours. That happens when address or cvs do not match your credit card. Until then, you can install in trial mode and the product will work for fifteen or thirty days, depending on the product.

Sometimes, for certain transactions, we will call a person on the telephone if the bank suggests it is a suspicious transaction. If we suspect fraud, or are unable to contact anyone, we will cancel the purchase.

If you don't have your key after a day or so, it's possible that the key, but not the receipt, got spam filtered. Put in a support ticket and we will resend it.
