Nortons.com is at Johns Creek Software. As well as being 35 year software veterans we build high speed internet servers for e-commerce. We are Microsoft Partners and have 35 years in the computer security business. We have sold and supported Microsoft software products since 1982 and Norton software products since 1987.
Terms of Use for Nortons.com
All software we sell is legal software and obtained from reputable sources, either the manufacturer or their re sellers. We do not sell retail packages that we will ship to you. Our Green Commitment means we do not ship items that can be delivered electronically to keep from using necessary nonrenewable fuels. When you purchase your software you authorize us to place a downloadable copy in your vault. It is placed there with other software you have purchased here. You may download your copy of any of your software anytime after logging in and going to your account. Optionally, you can order a DVD or USB drive copy of the software in your vault. We will deliver it in the smallest package possible by the most fuel efficient method possible, usually the US Postal system.
If your software requires a key to unlock it you will receive it via e-mail within 48 hours, usually within minutes if we can verify your purchase that fast. The key is e-mailed to you and stored in your account on the invoice record of your purchase. Just login, view your account and select the purchase. Click on the link and you will view a purchase receipt with the key on it.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise in the store where you made your purchase. If any information is published in the policies of the store where you purchase, where your store account is located or viewed in the checkout process of your product then that policy supersedes this policy. Please visit the store where you made your purchase and look for the purchase terms. If you purchased in a third party store your purchase is subject to their policies.
