You are instructing us, as your point of purchase, to electronically deliver your software registeration key (sometimes called a serial number) via email immediately after purchase. You will download your software directly from the Symantec web site with a link sent in the email with the key. Some software sold is OEM software. It is identical to the retail software. OEM software is sold with hardware. If you would like to receive your hardware contact us.

Free support is only after available during and after purchase. We reserve the right to limit free support to what is usual and common in installation and use of the products purchased here. We do not do in depth support or training for free. Our support rates are 160.00 per hour otherwise.
